Heritage Music School Policies
Registration
Registration is available throughout the school year from September through June, subject to teacher and schedule availability.
At the time of enrolment, families are required to pay the annual registration fee and arrange payment by monthly recurring pre-authorized debit or post-dated cheques.
School Calendar
Heritage Music School maintains an annual school calendar outlining school closures, holidays, the annual recital, make-up week, and other important dates. Lessons are held as scheduled on all Non-Instructional Days.

Weekly Lesson Schedule
Students are scheduled for the same lesson day and time each week throughout the school year, except on dates when lessons are not scheduled according to the Heritage Music School Calendar.
Make-Up Lessons
Each student is eligible for one make-up lesson per school year.
Withdrawal Policy
Lessons operate on a month-to-month basis. Students may withdraw at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice directly to the Heritage Music School office by email at info@heritagemusicschool.com.
